Our e-marketing service Mailchimp and ticket management service Eventbrite are all signed up to the E.U.- U.S Privacy Shield Frameworks. We use WIX.com as our service provider. 6.2 Personal information that you publish on our website or submit for publication on our website may be available, via the internet, around the world. We cannot prevent the use or misuse of such information by others.

7. Retaining and deleting personal data

7.1 This Section sets out our data retention policies and procedure, which are designed to help ensure that we comply with our legal obligations in relation to the retention and deletion of personal data.

7.2 Personal data that we process for any purpose or purposes shall not be kept for longer than is necessary for that purpose or those purposes.

7.3 We will retain your personal data as follows:

(a) Names and email addresses for the purpose of the newsletter will be retained for a maximum period of three years following 22nd July 2019.

(b) Names, email addresses and locations gathered for events through Eventbrite will be anonymised and retained for maximum period of one year for impact evaluation purposes.

7.4 In some cases it is not possible for us to specify in advance the periods for which your personal data will be retained. In such cases, data will be retained for one year.

7.5 Notwithstanding the other provisions of this Section 6, we may retain your personal data where such retention is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject, or in order to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of another natural person.

8.1 We will take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information.

8.2 We will store all the personal information you provide on our, and where applicable our suppliers’, secure (password- and firewall-protected) servers. This may include data storage services provided in the Cloud.
