Our e-marketing service Mailchimp and ticket management service Eventbrite are all signed up to the E.U.- U.S Privacy Shield Frameworks. We use WIX.com as our service provider. (a) Names and email addresses for the purpose of the newsletter will be retained for a maximum period of three years following 22nd July 2019.

(b) Names, email addresses and locations gathered for events through Eventbrite will be anonymised and retained for maximum period of one year for impact evaluation purposes.

7.4 In some cases it is not possible for us to specify in advance the periods for which your personal data will be retained. In such cases, data will be retained for one year.

7.5 Notwithstanding the other provisions of this Section 6, we may retain your personal data where such retention is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject, or in order to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of another natural person.
